It's interesting that Morgan Stanley - one of the leading IPO underwriters is selling 1000 shares every few minutes.  This controlled selling sure looks to be helping ensure the price drives lower, albeit at a stable pace.

I can't imagine why a leading IPO underwriter would be doing this....
