RE:RE:Are we near the bottom?I don't know if there is insider dumping or not. I believe there are two numbers in investors' mind. One is the target price recommended by analysts, depends on which one you like. It can be as high as 18.5. The other is the new issue price which is 12.75. For now, the second number is pulling the price down.
