US $44 million over 5 years. Well that certainly  bursts the bubble of anyone dumb enough to have opined that RDK was going to fail. World Class Projects eventually find a partner. all shareholders tke a deep breath, even consider dollar cost averaging if you want. Understandable why you wouldn't given the past 3 yrs. in th ejunior sector

"Through a joint venture company to be formed, Anglo American will earn a 60% interest in the Project, through funding expenditures of US $44 million over a five year period with a commitment to fund at least US$3 million in the first year. Anglo American may earn an additional 20% interest in the Project by funding a further US$20 million in expenditures on or before the seventh anniversary of the effective date of the joint venture. Redhawk will be the operator for the first three years of the joint venture, after which time Anglo American will be the operator."

Got this from a friend.... "It is no small feat to attract such a major player on the world mining stage to the Copper Creek Project. It also more than confirms survival  if you were worried about that possible  worst case scenario.   It confirms this project and  Arizona as  one of the world’s premiere copper mining regions and the high expectations for RDK’s Copper Creek Project.  ANGLO  must believe this can grow beyond a 25,000 tonne a day operation IMHO as I haven’t seen any other juniors announcing funding for potentially over $44 Million dollars to advance a project to date."
