I thought the only thing we were taught at university was how to manage time under heavy workload. If the "workload" is enough to warrant this kind of delay, it must me one h3ll of a flawed process. :)
Eventually this treatment will get approved. But by then you'll be convinced that the authoritative people behind the approval must all have mental handicaps.
