RE:RE:Project IRR vs. sizeNazabar, I agree that IRR's are based solely on cash flows (as are other evaluation/financing metrics such as NPV's, EBITDA multiples, payback periods, etc.). I was just making the point that the discounted present values of future operating cash flows reduce rapidly over time e.g. the IRR of a viable 20-year mine will not be significantly higher than a viable 10-year mine.
