It has developed and patented its own growing towers in Canada, the United States, Colombia and Aruba.

Okkk Dawgy.... Either way you dice it 12m shares is still 12m shares - and that's a CRAPload of shares lol! And just because those warrants have a 2 year life doesn't mean they won't be exercised this month- Nick's already exercised quite a few warrants as we all know.
