RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Flippers cant wait for their shares to be picked up at .05..We are one step closer to 0%, but we are not there Mickey. We are where all of us realists expected to be, and right where the Q1 MD&A said we could be in an "Illustration" of cash calls resulting in further dilution (8-9%). Again, this is only if BAJ can't fund it's 20million$, which we hope they can get a loan against their equity. As per NR this 200 million required to get us to such a point that production reaches normalized levels. So, this is not even just to finish construction, this is also to ramp up to normal production. This will dilute us to 8%. Projected ownership of 8% @ ramped up production- what do you think the chances of another 800million$ being required after that? Pretty slim I'd say. That's what is required to dilute us to 0%. And like I said before, if we end up with 5% or greater I am very happy, and anyone who buys at these levels should be happy with 5%. This is good news for us, but it's bad news, as lostalot says, for really long shareholders who are averaging like 40, 50 cents, or even dollars per share. Those that bought in when BAJ owned 70% of this mine ended up losing a lot of money, and they have my sympathy.
I'm waiting on AGM for some more clarity and path forward. Willing to wait to turn a profit on this one.
