I seem to recall a certain board member referring to a 29 cent financing , plus half a warrant, and the corresponding secrecy and self enrichment of the management team as a "SHAM", a mere 54 weeks ago.
Thank Christ we have a new board to oversee management and ensure that decisions are being made in the best interests of all shareholders.
I don't think I could handle any more "SHAM" financings here!
