RE:This Story Gets....

RE:This Story Gets....MBI negotiated their agreement with Precision not because they had a finished product but because they ran out of money. They negotiaited from a position of weakness and the end result was that not only did they give up worldwide rights but all their IP.  There will be no second or third test unless Precision pursues that intent, thus making MBI a holding company. The Signal negotiation might have been Precision`s idea to gain a competitive edge  but either way Broskho entered  into negotiations with Signal in bad faith to acquire information he could use as leverage with Precision. Do you really think Broskho will do right for his shareholders?  Does his track record merit your trust?

The origin of MBI was the UBC researchers - a half dozen of the brightest minds in their fields with a long list of degrees and awards - but they needed money to pursue their research into biomarker  diagnostic tests, so they went to Howe Street. Where are they today - all gone as Howe Street and Broskho took control  - with this predictable result.

With either side winning there will be one group as sure losers here and that would be shareholders. Bankruptcy or massive dilution - what`s it going to be?
