RE:A reverse split has key advantages in our unique case

RE:A reverse split has key advantages in our unique caseI have mixed feelings about reverse splits- I don't think they really affect the underlying value of the company one way or the other. It's just a perception thing. One thing I do think will help Baja in this case is the lower float- there's tens of millions of shares right now that are being traded and crossed and used to manipulate share price. There will be a very, very small float now. I venture to say mush less than half of the 15-20 million new shares will be traded regularly- because most longs will still be holding long term to try and recover some losses. Less shares that can be used for manipulation and penny flipping. This stock will really be one that if you believe in it, you hold it, because if you sell there's not a lot out there to buy back in. So, it will separate the investors from the day traders. Could be a good thing.
