Baseline Buyout Offer
I know that people will not like to hear this but, with this most recent financing of shares/1/2 warrants, management has valued the company somewhere between 16 and 20 cents/share.
I think that a 60-70 cent offer for the entire company is more than reasonable, and probably 30% higher than it should be.
People that are thinking $2-$5/share are obviously out to lunch with respect to those on the inside.
Just some food for thought if you happened to be eying the 2015 Corvette for your driveway next Spring.
