"sure, makes sense - and grocery stores have to spend millions in R&D to invent new and innovative lines of shelving!! lure top cashiers with stock options etc. Lol!
"

LOL..Ok, I guess the light point I was trying to make was lost. My only real point is that in my 2+ years of tracking this stock I have never seen the effort to take it to the next step.

There are a lot of little private businesses out there that are quite happy to just pay their bills and employees and only spend the money required to maintain the business. That attitude will allow for pricing that will keep the customers coming in, which is great if you are a private little company and that is all you want.

IDC management seems to have that attitude too, which is not great when you are a publicly owned company. Status quo mentality in that business arena, means price stagnation for the shares.

I may be wrong with my interpretation of what I am seeing from management, but as long as they seem to be content with +1-0-(-1) quarters, I will continue to only track them from the sidelines and place money in more aggressive growing companies. Oh yes Shackle, as long as they continue to report +1-0-(-1) quarters, it would take a divine gift from the PE Gods in order for this to see $1.

Good luck to you people holding, and here is to hoping "Rumple" wakes from his sleep...But I now honestly believe it will take new management in order for that to happen.
