You muse that a broad market pull back could take DM into the teens.

A 10% drop from where it was today or a 2.2 cent drop per share would do that.  It is not as if that must be a long way off.

I have no opinion on where it is going but the most obvious thing is that Anto buys it in August 2016 after they can do so legally.  Anto are duty bound to their shareholders to pay the minimum price possible.  A guess would be 15 to 25 cents a share.  It could be more or it could be less depending on the markets then 

In the meantime (24 months) there is absolutely nothing positive on the horizon.  Anto wants $220m for its 40% share so that eliminates any takeover likelihood by an outsider.  DM 60% share is now valued at about $65m

There will be a 2 year wait before anything happens
