What tipped the scales for me to go long on this stock is the news release below, where BAJ settled all their disagreements and claims from LDCMS 'amicably' and 'look forward to a prosperous future relationship' with them and LDCMS 'continues to be a major stakeholder in the Boleo mine' (see last paragraph of news release). Why would a major company like LDCMS (if you're not familiar with them, Googlet hem, they are a company that invests in commodities) withdraw their claims against BAJ amicably? The terms of the settlement were confidential, but you gotta figure something was said or shown that convinced LDCMS that BAJ had a future, and LDCMS would derive more benefit from a working relationship with BAJ then they would by a claim against them. I don't know, there's a lot going on behind the scenes that investors are not privy to, but I gotta' follow the big money- there's big players backing this thing, they know more than I do.
