DM management seems to have a history of not providing their shareholders with news updates. And when it is "not so good" news they seem to take even longer. They seem to spend a lot of time polishing bad news before releasing it.
The no news about talks with potential investors may mean there are no serious potential investors.
We must also remember that a potential investor would have to work not only with DM but also with Anto -- seems complicated. And also we must remember the $25 million in debt which could triggered for early payment and penalty if there is any change in control.
It seems that the only practical option will be to sell--off/joint venture DM's 100% owned lands.
let's hope for some good news soon ( before the stock gets to 20 cents ).
