RE:RE:September

RE:RE:Septemberhttps://www.ramenergyinc.com/

Was looking at past history of Ram, PR, news, people, etc..  to see how company got into this siutation.  I think that I would have preferred to have Hezy Ram running the company these past 3 years. He was not an investor type or stock promoter, but a driller and operations guy. He had the credibility to raise the $160M in 2010 that really got Ram Power off the ground.  Then in 2011 when Ram had a few delays and in hind sight minor cost overruns... the Board and major shareholders clashed with Hezy .. and he left.  This is when Sprott came in with their 12% loans.. and probably Rick Rule had a play behind the scenes to get control of company.  Well, it sure seems that after Hezy Ram left the company, the decision making (too many projects) and ability to execute any of them was gone.

This company raised (think) 300 to 400 million.. and is now worth $5M (market cap).  If they would have just spent the $400 million to complete Nic SJE.. we would have $40M in cash flow a year.  Now we are scambling for investors to raise $20M to complete our one viable project SJE .. not knowing how big of a piece of our assets/equity this investor is going to take.

At top is Hezy's company... fyi.
