Lets hope that they are able to protect the validity of the financing with the OSC and keep it under 23 cents.
The last thing we need is an OSC rep finding out about the pending BLA submission, VMC sale etc. and then questioning the28 mil market cap.
The BOD may have to answer a question or two. Hopefully this bid goes away!
