RE:RE:How about some optimism

RE:RE:How about some optimismWe all have to start somewhere and sometime, Mat. And for you to tell someone they have an obvious purpose is a bit rich, don't you think? As if you didn't! Your goal on this site seems to be to naysay every positive argument and to make claims that sound like fact but are just your opinion. Case in point: you say that someone may offer $80m and Anto might accept it. Based on what knowledge do you make this statement? We can all create hypothetical situations but to what end? The truth is you have no idea what Anto would or would not accept or if they are even considering a sale of their share of TMM. My own opinion (and it is just that) is that Anto would like another player to come in help with the cost of developing this massive project. They have a lot on their plate in SA right now. As for the political aspect, I think it is you who may be naive or ill-informed: fyi, the board of DM includes a former top US military person (Lt. General Sattler, who was director of strategic plans and policy to the Joint Chiefs of Staff from Sept 2006 to August 2008, when he retired). All imho.
