RE:RE:RE:RE:Re EniI found an article from the recently held oil conference in Dr Congo that maybe contradicts the
information from the article in my previous post that ENI and Surestream will get an extension of their licenses.
According to this new article the hydrocarbon minister of Dr Congo said that there will be a tender for continued exploration in Ndunda,Mavuma,Matamba Makanzi.(Thats the blocks held by Surestream and ENI).

This information could be worrying,why would they need a tender?Maybe they are not extending
ENIs and Surestreams licenses after all.Lotshi is not mentioned in the article other than it says the block is in the exploration phase.
