RE:RE:RE:RE:link
RE:RE:RE:RE:linkThat is a good question. We were unlucky that Sintez was operator,we still suffer from that.
1711 is still a big mystery. Are the Chinese serious or only there on paper?
Gazania who are they really?,controlled by the Namibian government?Owned by Lorentzangula law firm?(the director of Gazania is employed by that firm).Do the Chinese have a connection with Gazania? Is 1711 really that prospective?(The namibians thinks that anyway since they have decided on a very tough work program of 3 wells.)
After we have a JOA we will soon know how interesting 1711 is for big oilcompanies. We know that Energulf and Gazania will market 1711 together.
I dont know why Sintez and Energulf didnt succed in finding an operator.
In Dr.Congo all companies have been slow. Now it seems that ENI and Surestrem will loose their licenses. There was a war going on,no oilllaw no infrastructure and several other factors. The law will be adopted soon andseveral big oilcompanies are there waiting to start exploration.
If we get an extenison I think an operator finally will come forward since Energulf has had long discussions with several partners the last year.
