In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PRODUCTION Update will be out very soonI assume that PTA will probably do the reverse split sometime late in the 4th quarter.  Once that's done, there is really no good reason for them to stay on Venture.  They might like staying on Venture because they like the looser reporting requirements.  I don't consider that a good reason.  You want a big boy valuation (like 4X - 5X cash flow instead of the current 1.5X) you need to get your quarterly reports out on time.  Deal with it!!!
     The question on the listing came up during the Suroco conference call.  Management gave an answer that suggested they liked being on the Venture.  Hopefully they will rethink that position in 2015.
