My guess is that there is another delay.
There is a very good reason for POP to trade over 3 million shares and drop 16 cents.
This has nothing to do with bashers and people trying to get cheap stock, this is serious.
If there is a second delay all credibikty of the Koreans will be gone. 
If something is too good to be true, it probably is.
To me this game is over or in serious trouble.
Just my opinion.
