Financial 15 Split Corp. is a mutual fund, which invests in a portfolio consisting of over 15 financial services companies. The Company offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in an amount of over 6.75% annually and to pay the holders of the Preferred Shares approximately $10 per Preferred Share on or about the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular monthly cash distributions and to permit holders to participate in all growth in the net asset value of the Company over $15 per unit, by paying holders on or about the termination date such amounts as remain in the Company after paying over $10 per Preferred Share. The Company’s investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Thanks Kane. I got a bit lucky as I started to shed my energy plays a few months ago and was sitting on a lot of cash. If the market didn't go wonky once and awhile, we wouldn't have as many opportunities like this. FTN is a nice holding in a sector I want more exposure to. I wanted 1500 more Friday at $9.05 but only managed to snag 200 at that level, I will pull the trigger on Monday Morning. My only energy holdings are now IPL and CWC, both will do well even with this oil downturn and they pay a nice sustainable dividend. I also like the Bioressources sector, I've been adding to NTB the last few days as they are tripleing Krill oil production to 150 metric tons within the month, in their brand new facility. Looks like the market may be ready to start buying again, lets all hope.
