Shares out and time required to build new base

Most of the time it takes several weeks, Months to build a new base. With PEM and only 32M shares out, you have to consider with 14M traded already !!! Many shares will not come up for sale, samrt money will hold. Although considering base building usually takes awhile, PEM has built a base in mere hours. I bought in at 0.045, ,, fundamentals are looking extremely favorable. Deposit open in all directions! gotta like it. dyodd
