RE:market seems to like the update...

RE:market seems to like the update...I will play devils advocate here...

The uptick is not on great volume but its up which is nice. It is also coming from a fairly big hit on the downturn so it is somewhat expected to have a bit of resistance...

Next, I wonder how accurate the announcement could be as it is not coming from allana directly. I think if it were an official release, it would get more of an "authentic" feel and would probably halt the downturn and possibly start a trend that is more positive.

I hope that they will close on or before year end.. I just have my doubts that this is an attempt to counter the tax loss season "if you sell now, you might miss the big uptick when financing is announced at the peak of tax loss season"

If this announcement is true, and allana management authentically feel this way, I would be a buyer at these levels as we all know any decent financing announcement and we will be quite a bit higher than this after the announcement..

Its tough because management has delivered on what they say they would do, its just is it before tax loss, or after... and at what price... I think we do have a bit of an edge as the recent developments at ICL would pressure them to make a deal with allana and on more favorable terms because Allana knows their vulnerability..

Just my thoughts..
