Global Energy Development Plc (GED.L) said it has entered into a conditional share purchase agreement with Platino Energy Holdings, Corp., a unit of Platino Energy Corp. (PZE.V: Quote), for disposal of the rights and obligations of the company's contract areas within the Llanos Basin for a gross consideration of $50 million in cash."

I think, if anyone makes the calculations, then he will see that PZE pays much more from what the stock market valuates these assets now.
