RE:Eco Atlantic's Farm-out successful closed
They managed to sign a JOA in less than 3 months.Energulf Gazania and Namcor have not signed
a JOA in 1,5 years although Energulf and Gazania seems to agree on the terms.
Some companies have renegoyiated the license requirements for example Chariot. Now they dont have to drill a well in the next work period in their central blocks.Maybe Gazania and Energulf are trying to
achieve something similar.Something is not going smoothly.
According to information from Congo all blocks but Lotshi will be put on tender.
If Energulf succeds in finding a farm in partner maybe they could be in a position to apply for other blocks.Energulf was interested in other blocks earlier for example Ndunda but they went to other companies.
The new management have not changed Energulfs Ir policy, maybe even less informastion than earlier...They have not updated their presentation once this year. One ca only hope the silence is
a sign that they are close to a deal.
