And if there isn't enough risk just in that I don't know what more you could have taken on.  I'll give BABA this much, however, they have more POTENTIAL than many Chinese IPO's, but still if the founders irritate the government (and who knows what will irritate the Chinese), they could get their plugs pulled fast.  What's working for them right now is using BABA to source technology that would otherwise be ITER restricted.  As long as they're willnig to keep doing that I imagine the government will stay out of their hair.

Still, as far as time*risk/reward I'd have stuck with Woulfe.  Sure, we haven't heard alot from management concerning details, but you can have a pretty serious stake in Woulfe for what a fairly small state in Alibaba costs.
