With that said they gave up the "full rights" to the property but it is now on UNO to
earn in. So it is UNO spending the money now and if they don't find anything in this program or the next (assuming there is one after a failure) CVV retains those rights and knows where not to drill.
They retain the data from their 8 million and the property; in a depressed market not a bad risk to take. Just my opinion.
