RE:Total rate of return is management effectiveI really like PIC.A; undervalued, under the NAV, and pretty dividend. It dips toward 7.9~8.1 when a problem occurs.
But, yes but, I'm like you; not a fan of this new direction in fund management.
I'm not into the position anymore since I sold the position in October before it dips. I waiting for the next one to be back on it.
