Great find Duval! If you are interested in the technical stuff, take a look at pg. 189-197 of the following document. It's a transcipt from a lecture given by Boleo's chief metallurgist in 2009. Manganese is addressed on Page 196, with 97% recovery having been achieved in the pilot process... so honestly I can't see them not moving ahead with the manganese circuit.
