RE:Whats going ontrying to find out myself. seems like a private co. (TORO) bought KEC to get on to the venture exchange (which is common). for KEC holders, it's a name change plus the value TORO brings (still looking into that as well), for TORO holders, it's liquidity (plus the 400boe/d that KEC had).
