RE:RE:RE:RE:Its a big gambleThe so called 'big boys' won't be the ones deciding the referendum in Switzerland. It will be the Swiss people deciding. At the moment, it would appear the NO vote will win. And even if the YES vote were to win,it must be approved by the majority of the cantons which have all said they will vote NO.
