Better Exchange For Theralase

Better Exchange For Theralase
I am from the US and am not sure what the requirements are for Theralase to get on a better exchange in Canada. It would be very helpful for more exposure and credibility. I know a US listing on a better exchange (say NASDAQ) for Theralase would require a share price about 20-30 times higher than it is now. Any thoughts?
