RE:RE:Patience

RE:RE:PatienceRick mentioned on the call that AJX is expecting to announce a couple more OEM agreements sometime next year. Furthermore, he claimed that they were working on several, each of which was at different stages in the process.

The only catalysts, other than the anticipated (news of the) OEM agreements, I can think of are two:

(1) An offer to buy the company is forthcoming. I opine that this occurrence is low probability since if there were an offer, it would probably be so "lowball" that I don't think that the team would accept it.
(2) Canadian TFSAs. Many people usually contribute to their TFSAs in early January. This substantial increase in deposits may, in turn, result in some demand for less expensive stocks; with tonnes of luck, AJX might be one of those stocks!

If I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for either of the above to happen. This is probably dead money for quite some time although, it could be very rewarding for those patient enough to "hold the bag" for another year or two and see where this goes. At today's prices, perhaps one should take advantage of the tax loss selling season and consider dollar cost averaging down.

Best of luck whatever you decide.
