Jim's (one man?) pumping crew won't tell you that according to their most recent Financial Statements the company had Current Liabilities of $1,037,175 and in Cash they had ..... $685.00
I kid you not.
It kinda makes you wonder what the point of acquiring llama pasture in Paraguay was. Oh, and do yourself a favour and read up on that Paraguayan property and its exploration history - ouch!!
I have no idea why this stock is trading over $0.01, or for that matter, why it is trading at all... it has virtually nothing going for it other than ... a lot of recent pumping by one jimrockford ... Hmmm
And jim probably won't advertise that DOT management had a cease trading order levied against them earlier this year ..."a temporary Management Cease Trade Order ("MCTO") has been issued by the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") against the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer as opposed to a general cease trade order against the Corporation. This MCTO prohibits trading in securities of the Corporation, whether directly or indirectly, by these individuals."
And as for urbani's comment "Like I said already, DOT is held almost exclusively by insiders." Uh, not according to the company's own documents (Management Information Circular Dec 1, 2014) they don't, maybe you should have checked before telling that little doozy. Shares directly held by insiders comes to less than 10% and if you include all shares directly or indirectly (i.e. Alhambra - 26.9%) it still comes to only 38%
