They are waiting to sell the asset when prices rebound which they will, I'm holding at least until early Jan., think all this selling of oil stocks is over done, especially where were concerned, if memory serves me correctly Surge has around $500 M in debt Lre $750M but produces 14000 more Boe/d, insiders have been buying Sgy lately though....
