The question now is
Will TBE management keep the dividend at .016 until end of Q1 2015 or will they change course?
Worth noting that two months ago Baytex told TDW they would protect the dividend and cut capex if oil drops.  They just announced the exact opposite.  60% dividend cut and small cut to Capex.
They made the correct choice but it shows you can't take management statements to the bank.

At any rate until management takes a postiion on 2015 capex and dividend, TBE can only go sideways or down a little more.
