which canadian monthly div paying oil and gas stock

which canadian monthly div paying oil and gas stock1-which canadian stock(s) has lowest or one of the lowest oil production cost??

2- which non canadian oil and gas stock(s) has a very low production cost and strong balance sheet?

Oil will be 90-100$ a barrel in 2-4 years
so instead of complaining lets make a list of monthly canadian / non canadian oil and cash stocks than can weather a 40$ oil for min of two years and start bargain hunting

if you accumulate oil and gas stocks when oil is 40$ , the dividend will cover your losses in BTE many times more when oil goes back up to 90$+ in 2-4 years.

so lets get busy ,

lets make a list
