Monzie- yes there has been 40 million shares exchanged in the 20-30 cent range, my point is that, that's probably the same 1 million shares that just keep getting flipped for pennies. That's what happens at these levels, the penny flippers come in. I doubt highly that those are 40 million different shares. That would mean almost half of NKO shareholders sold for at least 75% loss. But yes, my statement was at the very leats misleading, if not totally incorrect. And you are correct about the 2/3 shareholdr approval required for take-over. ... mind you, Disbrow and his fund owns 15% of outstanding shares anyways, so, essentilly a take-over requires support of 505 of shareholders +1 (Disbrow). Tomato > Tomaattoe. Sorry for my misleading post.
