I think the answer to your question depends on whether the plant they mentioned that would be upgraded is the exisiting RPT plant. If yes, then it would seem RPT is a partner in the venture, and possibly could manage or participate in the new plant.
This concept was alluded to in the annual meeting in August when they mentioned the prospect of becoming a midstream processing company, while implying someone else would pay for the capital costs.
Moreover, our exploration leases in Magallenes would fit into the YPF holdings there.
