Thats about it. I have been on many reserves and their sanitation ,the way they keep their houses garbage everywhere. I found pop bottles lying around from the 1930's. Thats a long time between garbage runs. Most of these people you would not want winning the lottery and becoming your neighbours it would de value your home once the trash old cars and furniture started piling up in their back yard and cars parked on the front lawn. Im not saying in general that all reserves are the same but the 6 or so I have been on were all in a state of major dis repair
