It sure doesnt sound like the best deal but maybe they are forced to do so to get the pp filled.
Without 500.000$ they will loose Lotshi and 1711 is unsure.Without Lotshi our shares would be worth 0.As a little compensation they get warrants.
We know that RJ ownes a lot of shares as does Gianulis and Dhir.
Maybe a safer deal to sell with a loss than to pay for new shares with more of their own capital.
Their primary interest of the insiders probably isnt to get more shares as they already own more than enough.Their primary interst would be to help Energulf get the pp filled.
