What about the $50 million debenture holders or the myriad of shareholders who participated in the financing that previous management groups pissed away? Sounds like Gibson is setting himself up for one of them severance packages. " I tried to save the company but it couldn't be done. Now the outfit that put up $1.6 million gets the gold mine, you shareholders get the shaft and I get a couple of million for showing up. Merry Christmas everyone" IMO.
