Those were transaction carried out privately. So I assume somebody or something (a company) close to Mr. Beatty bought those shares - maybe this was just a possibility to get some money out of a company or so...

I do not think he sold for a 200k gain but just "reorganized" his holding in the company as I do not assume he will give up his 34.something% share which enables him to block decision needed with a 2 third majority.
