RE:43 must show conflicts or has issuey
I asked BGM if there was a problem with the 43 a couple weeks ago. I was told that there was no problem.  Said it was a large document and that given the attention that is expected when the document is released, they are making it as water tight as possible. They could give me no date as to when it would be released.
