What's the issue?
Market moving on most good stocks - the market clearly has some concerns with PRE.   Based on the news release, the debt sounds manageable - then again, when can you really believe management.

Being the idiot I am, I picked some up today. Oil looks like it has bottomed and PRE should eventually rebound to $12 even if WTI only goes to $75-$80..

Market seems to be saying the dividend nees to be cut - any thoughts on ths?  Management's Capex is roughly equal to cash flow (based on the news release - does that mean they plan to cut the divident or us debt to pay for the Div - latter is not a good move.
