quatar airwaysIn this articlehere Al Baker of Quatar Airways makes reference to installing the system for black box streaming once the testing is complete. Someone previously was speculating that perhaps on the new Airbus 350 the streaming system already came pre installed-perhaps Inmarsats.
So obviously the system needs to be installed. Only sna and fly have systems developed that can be installed and it isn't sna because in another article AL Baker said he was dealing with a major supplier and that leaves them out. And only fly has the STC.  Since the black box on the A-350 is an L-3 box it makes sense that they are the major supplier he is talking about.
