which cost quartile ?

which cost quartile ?COS is a long term producer.  On the other hand there has been no growth in a decade I think and future growth is limited.

It is a high cost producer with long term ongoing troubles.

It has been more than a year since I delved into it.

It is either in the 3rd or 4th quartile in terms of production cost.  If it is in the fourth, my view is that all  4th quatile extractors of any kind of materials are sitting on the edge of getting mauled on an onging basis

$5 seems cheap but if there is no divi and no profit for a long time the true value could trend towards zero.  This event would take very low long term oil prices but this could happen
