Canexus has a huge debt and must now sell NATO to reduce their debt plus we all now know that they can't even manage it properly. I don't believe that they are up to the 40% capacity that most of you believe that they are. So the real question is now what in heck can they get for an underperforming asset in an oil related distressed market? Can they even get their Capital costs back from the project?
So, it boils down to one thing when investing in Canexus at this time, can they get a good price for NATO? I certainly believe that they can't, hence the bleak future for Canexus. Heck, even Nawar got off the Canexus boat back in September...

I orginally posted this 3 weeks ago. After yesterday's presentation by Doug Wonnacott at the Whistler Conference, it now looks like I was bang on, Canexus will not be getting their Capital Investment back if they do indeed sell Blunderheim.
I now wonder when will the BOD eliminate the dividend?
